Justin Timberlake donates new wheelchair accessible van for Morristown teen - 11/26/20

WJHL, 11/25/20 --

MORRISTOWN, Tenn. (WJHL) – A teen in Morristown, popular for sitting outside his house surrounded by signs reading "honk if you're happy," received a gift Wednesday from a Tennessee-born entertainer known across the globe – Justin Timberlake.

Jake Stitt, 17, is wheelchair-bound due to his cerebral palsy, and his family does not have a wheelchair accessible van.

On Wednesday, that changed when Stitt's family received a van from pop icon Justin Timberlake.

Timberlake found out about an effort to raise money to buy Stitt a wheelchair accessible van. He reached out to the family on Tuesday and bought it.

"He caught the story and was just very touched with what was going on with this thing and he wanted to reach out and decided that he wanted to purchase the van for Jacob and his needs," Tim Stitt explained about Timberlake. "It was just a very blessing to be able to speak to that gentleman and for him to be able to meet Jake and see what he needed."

A $35,000 gift that Jake and his father Tim Stitt found out about Wednesday morning.

"It's going to make his life much easier as we go into our future and it's going to make my life a lot easier because there's not many people that can lift him up and sit him in a van like he needs," Tim Stitt said. "It's going to make our lives so much easier because of the independence he's going to have as a young man now."

Justin Timberlake told Jake the news over a zoom call and then around 3 p.m. Wednesday, the van was delivered in a parade that came right to their house.

"It was a blessing and God bless," Jake told News Channel 11.

Thousands of dollars raised to purchase the van will not go to waste.

Timberlake's wish was that if he purchased the van, all money donated for the project would go to the Stitt family to help with Jake's care.

"God's always provided for us and we keep our faith and we're thankful everyday," Tim Stitt said. "It is a true meaning to thanksgiving and all that's happened and stuff and it's a blessing to our family to make us be able to have peace and relax more and not have to have worries is amazing. It's very humbling."

'Trolls World Tour' to release in India on 19 Nov. in English and Hindi - 11/18/20

Trolls World Tour

animationxpress.com, 11/18/20 --

The Trolls are back for another adventure and this time, around the world! Trolls World Tour is releasing on big screens in India tomorrow, 19 November.

The sequel to DreamWorks Animation's 2016 musical hit, Trolls, Anna Kendrick and Justin Timberlake return for an adventure that will take them beyond what they've known before. Poppy (Kendrick) and Branch (Timberlake) discover that they are but one of six different Troll tribes scattered over six different lands and devoted to six different kinds of music: Funk, Country, Techno, Classical, Pop and Rock. Their world is about to get a lot bigger and a whole lot louder.

This feature film on a popular animated franchise will release in cinemas across the country in English and Hindi, after seven months of its premiere in the US due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Universal Pictures adopted a game-changing approach to Trolls World Tour's global release back in April, putting the film in cinemas and on digital rental platforms (except India) on the same day.

With theatres now reopened across most of India including Maharashtra, with the largest number of screens, Universal Pictures India jumped to this golden opportunity to release Trolls World Tour. The animated musical has been available for pre-order on DVD and Blu-ray a long time now, but it seems that wait will continue with the film now heading to theaters.

Alongside, Universal Pictures India has released new trailers for Trolls World Tour in English and Hindi. It will be available in 2D, IMAX and 4DX.

Ahead of Thursday night's VIP premiere for Big Sky, ABC and event producers Little Cinema detailed how they planned to make the virtual event special enough to match the scope and intrigue of the Montana-set series.

A screening website hosted a pre-party experience that was meant to give invitees - among them Lena Waithe, Mayim Bialik, Lance Bass, Brooke Shields, Yvette Nicole Brown, Iliza Shlesinger, AnnaSophia Robb, Kristin Davis and Poppy Montgomery - a peek into "All in Bar," a dive watering hole like the one featured in the pilot. Justin Timberlake Interviews Ty Dolla $ign - 11/13/20

Interview Magazine, 11/12/20 --

"I've been blessed with the gift of collaborating," wrote Ty Dolla $ign on an Instagram post last month. "Not every artist can collaborate with another artist and have the final product be something incredible." For any other artist, that might come off as a weird flex, but okay. For Ty Dolla $ign, it's basic science. This year, like the five years before it, the musician born Tyrone William Griffin Jr. was everywhere, singing the hooks on SZA's comeback single "Hit Different" and on Megan Thee Stallion's instant-classic "Hot Girl Summer," while also jumping on tracks with Nicki Minaj, serpentwithfeet, Juicy J, and Skrillex. Whether you know it or not, the Los Angeles native has been the voice of hip-hop and R&B for the last five years, while also releasing two albums of his own. Behind the scenes, he's somehow managed to be even more prolific, writing and producing songs for Kanye West, Ariana Grande, Post Malone, and just about anyone else with a platinum record. He is, above all else, a creature of the studio.

On his third album, the cheekily titled Featuring Ty Dolla $ign, many of those artists return the favor. Over the course of 25 tracks, everyone from FKA twigs to Kid Cudi to Future seamlessly enter Ty's universe and contribute to what amounts to a sweeping encapsulation of what pop music is and can be in our current moment. A short while ago, Ty Dolla $ign found himself once again in the studio, this time alongside Justin Timberlake, where the two artists took a break from making music to discuss the mystery of doing just that.

Watch Justin Timberlake Surprise Phone Bankers Amid 2020 Election - 11/3/20

E! Online, 11/3/20 --

Justin Timberlake is encouraging fans to vote.

The 39-year-old singer gave one group of Pennsylvania phone bankers the ultimate surprise when he crashed their Zoom call.

"ONE MORE DAY," he wrote on Instagram alongside footage from the call on Nov. 2. "If you haven't already, please get out and #VOTE! Thank you to this amazing group of PA phone bankers and voters for letting me crash your zoom."

The callers, who were phone banking in support of presidential nominee Joe Biden, were about to start their meeting when they noticed that someone named "Justin Branch" hadn't turned on his computer camera. Of course, Justin Branch turned out to be JT and he told the callers that they "have a huge fan in me."

"So, as you know, your city, your state is going to be huge in this election," he said. "I always was told when I was young that the hardest work that you do is the work that nobody gets to see. I think that really is apropos to what you guys are doing behind the scenes for the campaign. And I just wanted to come on and say how much I appreciate it, and you guys are the real rock stars. So, thank you so much."

A few of the callers then shared what inspired them to get involved, and the "Suit & Tie" star applauded them for their work.

"This is so inspiring to see young people like yourself get engaged like this," Timberlake said. "And you are not just as important but a special kind of important to the process of politics and democracy. Kudos to you."

He also spoke about former Vice President Biden and Vice Presidential nominee Senator Kamala Harris.

"We need a country and a world that condemns racism," Timberlake said, "and you see how the little things that are a part of this bigger system can hold back so many people and we need a president who is going to fight for those people. Seeing how Joe has stood up against that-and Joe has so much experience. And I think Kamala's, like, the coolest human on earth. She's just so real. She's all the things that I want to see in a leader. And just seeing them together and knowing what they can do for our country, I'm really fired up."

Punk cabaret group The Dresden Dolls opened the show with a musical number, which was followed by a recounting of the original story of Janet and Brad finding themselves in the unlucky situation of a broken down car on a wet night.

Before meeting Dr. Frank-N-Furter, played by Curry reprising his role, Janet and Brad are warned, "You're very lucky to be invited into Frank's laboratory, some people would give their right arm for the privilege." Alexander played the criminologist narrating the events. "It was a night they were to remember for a very long time," he declared. Among the musical numbers was "Let's Do the Time Warp Again," which featured participants wearing face masks.

"Rocky Horror has been changing lives for decades, and now, with this reunion on Halloween Night to supercharge Wisconsin Democrats in the final stretch, it's going to change the world again," said Democratic Party of Wisconsin chair Ben Wikler in a statement prior to the event. "In the final sprint of this election, we don't need a time warp. The joy, laughter, and hilarious, outrageous energy of this iconic musical will mobilize new volunteers and raise funds to send Joe Biden and Kamala Harris to the White House."

I think I was 19 here. That would have been 2000... when I spent a lot more time in the gym 😂 It was also around the first time I voted. I just remember thinking voting was cool, and it all felt very... adult - I don't think I really understood the weight of it all or took the time to learn what my choices in candidates really meant. ⠀ ⠀ Now, I know how powerful each of our voices can be.  ⠀ ⠀ If you're voting for the first time, or you're still not sure if you even wanna vote - because you think your voice won't make an impact, or you don't trust the process, or it all seems just like a headache... all I can say is, we really need you. ⠀ ⠀ This is about our children growing up in a world where racism is condemned, not tolerated. It's about ensuring that women are empowered everywhere decisions are being made. We have to vote so we don't go backwards.   ⠀ ⠀ All of this to say, I will be voting for @joebiden and @kamalaharris. I'm voting early, and by mail this year.  ⠀ ⠀ Please make a plan, and #VOTE 🙏🏻 Link in my bio.

Michael Bierut talks working on Justin Timberlake's 'Hindsight' - 10/19/20

Justin Timberlake

The New Yorker, 10/16/20 --

The book business is one of the few that the pandemic has helped, and last week Lisa Lucas, who runs the National Book Awards, announced the competition's 2020 finalists. Just before lockdown, earlier this year, Lucas participated in a more niche contest. In March, she was one of three jurors who met one morning at Columbia University to select the fifty best-designed books of 2019, for the 50 Books / 50 Covers competition, sponsored by aiga, a professional association for design. Joining her were Hilary Greenbaum, from the Whitney Museum, and Silas Munro, the founder of the design studio Polymode. The three were selected by Michael Bierut, a partner and designer at Pentagram, who has dreamed up visual languages (fonts, logos) for Saks, the Times, the New York Jets, and Hillary Clinton.

Before the judging session, Bierut chatted about his experience as a former juror. "You're not even comparing apples and oranges," he said. "It's apples and oranges, kumquats, bananas, and, occasionally, an armchair." He talked about his work with Justin Timberlake on "Hindsight," the singer's "experiential" autobiography, from 2018. "It was as pure an experience in translating a person's personality into a book as I've had," he said. A high point was brainstorming the section for one of the singer's "Saturday Night Live" appearances. "He was in a video called, ah, 'Dick in a Box.' And there's a verse that's, like, the three-step process by which you actually . . . " He trailed off. "We decided to format the pages in the style of assembly instructions for, like, an ikea dresser."

The Timberlake spread illustrates the twin tasks a designer often faces. "You're usually either defamiliarizing the familiar or making the unfamiliar seem inviting," Bierut explained. Book designers have a mandate: serve the reader, honor the author. "Don't impose a bunch of showy, distracting moves," he said. He talked about being preoccupied by what a "miracle" reading is: "The idea that we learn how to interpret these marks that have an arbitrarily assigned meaning, corresponding phonetically to sounds in English. And, somehow, they line up into words, and sentences-and paragraphs and chapters and books!"

Take it from Lance Bass: Don't worry what others think of you - 10/9/20

Lance Bass

Good Morning America via Yahoo, 10/9/20 --

We're all about that bass -- Lance Bass that is!

He's best known for telling fans "bye, bye, bye" with the boy band sensation *NSYNC.

We caught up with the 39-year-old and took a trip down memory lane to see what he had to say about the group's heyday.

Here we goooooooooooo!

1. Don't worry what others think of you

Bass grew up in Mississippi and describes himself as an energetic, outgoing, crazy kid.

Looking back, the singer recalls knowing he was gay and realizing he'd have to keep it secret.

"When I was 5 years old, I knew I was gay," Bass told "Good Morning America." "I knew I'd have to hide it because it was wrong because that's what people kept telling me."

If there's one thing Bass would tell his childhood self it'd be not to worry about what others think of you.

"When I see pictures of myself at that age, I feel empathy for that kid because that was on his mind a lot," he said.

"There's nothing wrong with who you are. You can be and love whoever you want," Bass added.

The man behind *NSYNC's iconic 'Bye Bye Bye' dance reflects 20 years later - 10/6/20

No Strings Attached album cover

TODAY, 10/5/20 --

First, there's just an old-timey stage. The frame is cast in sepia tones, vintage like an old photo. Then, marionette puppets descend, still but lifelike. It's them: Joey and Chris. JC. Justin and Lance. The string crescendo begins. "Hey, hey," a whiney falsetto croons. You succumb to the hysteria. This is not just a group of spiky-haired men propelling from strings. This is a cultural phenomenon. No - a cultural behemoth.

This is the "Bye Bye Bye" music video.

At the turn of the millennium, *NSYNC - made up of Justin Timberlake, JC Chasez, Chris Kirkpatrick, Lance Bass and Joey Fatone - created an undeniable magic with "Bye Bye Bye," the 2000 single that ultimately catapulted the boy band into a different realm of legendary. But it was the music video, released concurrently with the song on Jan. 11, 2000, that cemented the track in history as an iconic dance anthem.

Choreographer Darrin Henson- the same Darrin from the "Darrin's Dance Grooves" VHS videos that dominated commercials in the 2000s - is the guy behind the moves seen in the video's famous puppeteering sequences, which would eventually be revisited as a theme in the group's subsequent "It's Gonna Be Me" video and "No Strings Attached" album.

Henson told TODAY that it all started in 1999 when *NSYNC, having just parted ways with Lou Pearlman, the late music mogul-turned-con artist who founded the band, was starting a new chapter and looking to kick it off with something big. At the time, Henson, who hails from the Bronx in New York City, had lost out on an MTV Video Music Award for choreographing Jordan Knight's "Give It to You" and was just about to throw in the towel with dancing. Then he got a call from *NSYNC's manager at the time, Johnny Wright.

Musicians Who Earned The Most In 2019 - 10/3/20

Justin Timberlake

thethings.com, 10/3/20 --

When it comes to the music industry, there are a few artists who have managed to rake in the most amount of money in 2019. The annual Billboard Money Makers list of highest-earning musicians last year has officially come out, and there are some folks who had better years than others. Although there are countless stars who make hundreds of millions annually, Billboard measures sales from streaming, touring, sales and publishing alone.

Despite some artists such as Rihanna, Kanye West, and Taylor Swift coming up on top with over $100 million in earnings, we are purely looking at the music and music only. From the incredible Ariana Grande, The Jonas Brothers, Elton John all the way to KISS, here is just how much some of your fav musicians managed to bring in last year!

10. Justin Timberlake - $25.9 Million

Justin Timberlake has been in the industry for quite some time! The singer first started his career out as the lead singer of the 90s boyband, 'NSYNC. While he'll forever be the perfect May meme, Justin has since become one of the top-earning male musicians of all time. The singer managed to make an impressive $25.9 million from his music alone in 2019, and that's with no album! Timberlake's most recent release was back in 2018, so he managed to make quite a bit with no new music.

Justin Timberlake Shares A Blast From The Past In The Social Network Tribute - 10/2/20

E! Online, 10/1/20 --

Where has the time gone?

Ten years ago to the day, The Social Network released in theatres and gave viewers a more in-depth look into the inspiration, development and rapid growth of Facebook. Amongst the star-studded cast was singer-songwriter Justin Timberlake, who took to Instagram to remind his fans of his iconic role as the lowkey shady entrepreneur Sean Parker, co-founder of Napster-an early Spotify for the Gen-Zers-and Facebook's first president.

The caption read, "10 years ago today The Social Network came out. A lot has changed in a decade. That's an understatement... but I'm just gonna leave it at that."

The "Suit & Tie" singer also added "Also, drop the "The", it's cleaner." to quote his character Sean.

It is now notoriously known that it was the entrepreneur's idea to name the website "Facebook" as opposed to its original title "The Facebook," which was created by Mark Zuckerberg (played by Jesse Eisenberg).

Justin Timberlake, Ty Dolla $ign, Hit-Boy & Ant Clemons Are Cooking Up - 10/1/20

hotnewhiphop.com, 9/30/20 --

Yesterday, Timbaland and Justin Timberlake confirmed that they have been steadily working on new music, presumably set to appear on the long-anticipated Futuresex/Lovesounds sequel that has since been teased. And while they recently put in work on a melodic guitar-driven new track, it would appear that JT has been steadily connecting with a few other collaborators, including Ty Dolla $ign, Ant Clemons, and one of the year's most accomplished producers -- Hit Boy.

While it's unclear as to what the quartet have been concocting, and for whose project -- lest we forget that Ty Dolla $ign also has his own album Dream House in the works -- it looks like they joined forces for at least one song. After all, the sight of a studio patch bay seems to confirm that music was indeed part of the itinerary.

On the other hand, Ant Clemons recently celebrated his twenty-ninth birthday, and a wholesome clip from his IG page indicates that a celebration went down that same day -- check it out for yourself below. "Thank you for all of the birthday wishes and to everyone that helped make my 29th one of the BEST BIRTHDAYS EVER!!" captions Clemons, alongside video of the cake being served.

Despite the outcome remaining unclear, don't be surprised to see some combination of Ant Clemons, Hit-Boy, Justin Timberlake, and Ty Dolla $ign to surface in the near future. Whether or not we'll actually see Futuresex/Lovesounds 2 is another story altogether. Do you want to see these four collaborating on a single track?

Lance Bass Says He's Spoken to Jamie Lynn Spears About Sister Britney's Legal Battle - 9/28/20

Lance Bass

Entertainment Tonight, 9/26/20 --

Lance Bass now has a better understanding of what Britney Spears is going through. Last month, the 41-year-old singer received backlash for comments he made about the pop star and her current conservatorship.

But after talking with Britney's sister, Jamie Lynn Spears, he is more aware of the singer's situation.

"I have talked to Jamie Lynn recently, which is why I feel so much better about this situation. They aren't as worried as we are," Bass told ET's Katie Krause on Friday, while chatting about his podcast, The Daily Popcast, adding that people "have no idea what's really going on. So we just have to trust that the loved ones around her are doing the right thing."

"The one thing that I do know is, I know Jamie Lynn…If Jamie is OK with everything going on, I feel like she really has her sister's back during all this," Bass expressed. "So I trust her to give us the real information."

Bass is also a supporter of the #FreeBritney movement, but since his talk with Jamie he feels more comfortable about Britney's situation.

"I totally support #FreeBritney," he said. "I hope everyone figures out exactly what is happening in her life. I do believe that things are settling the way they should be…There's a judge in charge of all this, so we really need to just trust the judge in the situation and know that things will work out for the best."

"We all love her and I'm very open to finding out what's going on, but at the end of the day you've no idea what's going on. I have," he noted. "So I really shouldn't have an opinion."

Lance Bass Gushes Over Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel's Second Child - 9/25/20

Entertainment Tonight, 9/25/20 --

Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel are a family of four. After months of speculation, Timberlake's former fellow *NSYNC group member, Lance Bass, confirmed to ET that the couple welcomed a second baby earlier this year.

"The baby is cute of course, it's Justin and Jessica!" Bass told ET's Katie Krause on Friday while chatting about his podcast, The Daily Popcast. While Bass wouldn't go into detail about Timberlake and Biel's second child, he did share that the *NSYNC members knew before everyone else and their group chat is now all about babies and the newborn.

Bass also said that he's seen pictures, but wouldn't give up the name, joking, "That's a good question," adding, "Justin would kill me!"

ET has reached out to the pair's reps for comment. Back in July, reports stated that the actress gave birth to her second child, a baby boy, with the "Like I Love You" singer.

Joey Fatone and Chris Kirkpatrick

TV Insider, 9/11/20 --

Those who follow Alexa Bliss on social media know about her love for all things Disney, boy bands and the nostalgic goodness of the 1990s and 2000s. The WWE superstar embraces these interests in her new upcoming podcast series Uncool with Alexa Bliss, coming to audio streaming, WWE Network and the company's YouTube channel.

Starting September 22, the former women's champ sits down with a plethora of guests including The Miz, the Bella Twins, Jon Heder, Lance Bass. Nikki Glaser, Taylor Hanson, Ryan Cabrera and James Iglehart. Each Tuesday Miss Bliss will get these celebs to share awkward moments, first dates and embarrassing stories as a way to show audiences how it's cool to be uncool.

Here the "Goddess" is put in the hot seat to discuss her foray into podcasting and character evolution on SmackDown.

Lance Bass of *NSYNC is one of your first guests. Being such a boy bands fan, what was that experience like?

Alexa Bliss: I also interviewed Chris [Kirkpatrick] and Joey [Fatone] as well. Theirs is going to be used for behind the scenes content, or maybe fingers crossed, on a Season 2. It was great. I've met Lance before. We hung out. Him and his husband are super sweet. I knew that I wanted to get him on the podcast immediately.

Growing up I loved *NSYNC, but I loved Lance. I was not a Justin [Timberlake] girl. I was a Lance girl. I was at the *NSYNC concert in Columbus, Ohio. I yelled out, "Lance I love you." And he didn't respond. I called him out on that. We talk about a lot of cool stuff with Lance like growing up in the limelight, having the opportunity to hear about being in arguably the biggest boy band ever. I know a lot of Backstreet Boys fans are going to hate me for that. Feeling the way he felt growing up in those teenage years. We talked about his first dates. It was a lot of fun."

*NSYNC & Backstreet Boys Tease 'Something Big' Coming & Fans Go Wild Over Possible Collab - 9/9/20

HollywoodLife, 9/9/20 --

A secret project appears to be in the works between Backstreet Boys and *NSYNC! Speculation over a potential collaboration began after Nick Carter and Lance Bass posted photos together on Instagram on Sept. 8. In their captions, they revealed that their meet-up had to do with something being worked on between the two boybands.

"Working on something big," Nick wrote. He also added hashtags with the names of both groups as well as 'coming soon.' Lance wrote, "Working on a little somethin' somethin'." He also included the 'coming soon' hashtag, as well as a tag to his podcast, The Daily Popcast. Hmm…maybe some sort of announcement will be made there?!

Fans flooded the comments section of Lance and Nick's photos with messages about how thrilled they are at a potential BSB/*NSYNC collab. However, some are also skeptical that the tease could just be for Nick appearing on Lance's podcast.

Justin Timberlake becomes an investor, joins effort to bring Major League Baseball to Nashville - 9/9/20

Justin Timberlake

Tennessean, 9/9/20 --

Ten-time Grammy award winner Justin Timberlake cast his lot Wednesday with Music City Baseball, the group gaining momentum in its effort to bring a Major League Baseball franchise to Nashville.

The team's name will be the Nashville Stars and it's difficult to imagine a bigger star than Timberlake joining the mix.

The multi-faceted entertainer is a Memphis native and avid sports fan who became a minority owner of the Memphis Grizzlies in 2012.

"I am thrilled to be involved in the movement to bring Major League Baseball to the great state of Tennessee," Timberlake said in a statement. "I believe in Music City Baseball's vision of linking baseball and music in a unique way to unite and entertain people and I am excited to help generate awareness throughout the community as we share our vision for bringing MLB to Music City."

This news comes on the heels of renowned American baseball executive Dave Dombrowski becoming an investor, joining the effort and moving to Nashville.

With Dombrowski on board John Loar, leader of Music City Baseball, felt it was important to hit another home run by adding a big name from the music business. Timberlake, with his Tennessee ties and love for sports, was at the top of his wish list.

"I reached out to Justin's management group and we've been working with Justin for over six months," Loar said. "I think he's passionate about sports and he's interested in the entertainment angle that we're presenting in building a world class entertainment district, which includes a ballpark. Incorporating music and sports is interesting to him."

Lance Bass, Melora Hardin, Ben Higgins, Carla Hall & Dulé Hill Surprise Deserving Teachers on Zoom - 9/3/20

Lance Bass

People, 9/2/20 --

Five lucky teachers had quite the star-studded surprise waiting for them recently as they prepared to head back to school amid the coronavirus pandemic.

During a live Zoom call on Aug. 26, teachers Kristin Merz, Kori Green, Natalie Wagner, Stephanie Morrison and a man identified as Teddy were shocked to see their favorite celebrities — former Bachelor star Ben Higgins, Top Chef's Carla Hall, actor Dulé Hill, *NSYNC's Lance Bass and actress Melora Hardin — show up on the screen.

The deserving teachers were selected and honored as part of a joint campaign between Cameo Cares, the video platform site/app that allows celebrities to send personalized video messages to fans, and Baby2Baby, a charity that aims to fight childhood poverty.

Thousands of beloved teachers were nominated by people across the nation, but Cameo ultimately selected these five for their dedication to the classroom as the ongoing pandemic continues to pose challenges.

As for Morrison, the visibly-shocked North Carolina teacher couldn't contain her excitement when Bass popped up on the screen, calling the surprise one of the "top 5 experiences of my life."

In response, the *NSYNC star told her, "We wanted to honor you as an amazing teacher and we want to thank you so much. I know it has to be so strange this year... [and] it is not an easy job."

Lance Bass

dicksonpost.com, 9/1/20 --

For Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, Jennifer Aniston, Marlo Thomas, Sofia Vergara, Drew Barrymore and other St. Jude Celebrity Ambassadors will unite for the 30 Days #forStJude social media campaign to help raise awareness and support for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital®.

This year's theme for Childhood Cancer Awareness Month is "Let's cure childhood cancer. Together." With togetherness in mind, an all-star lineup of more than 50 celebrities will join Aniston, Vergara and Barrymore to take part in 30 Days #forStJude including: Luis Fonsi, Michael Strahan, Mark Wahlberg, Cindy Crawford, Kaia Gerber, Kate Beckinsale, Lucy Hale, Shaun White, JoJo Siwa, Halima Aden, Emma Roberts, Justin Hartley, Chrissy Metz, Ashley Greene, Jennifer Morrison, Lance Bass, Kathryn Newton, Nick Swisher, JoAnna Garcia Swisher, Claire Holt, Zac Posen, Jessica Szohr, Dave Annable, Odette Annable, Charlie Weber, Bryan Greenberg, Geoff Stults, Parker Young and Elizabeth Olsen among others.

Working with celebrities over the decades to raise awareness and support for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital is rooted in the DNA of St. Jude. Founder Danny Thomas – the late acclaimed entertainer and humanitarian – sought help from his Hollywood connections more than 60 years ago to make his dream of building St. Jude to cure childhood cancer a reality. He envisioned a hospital that would accept children from all backgrounds; a hospital where families would never receive a bill for treatment, travel, housing or food because Danny believed all a family should worry about is helping their child live.

Lance Bass Urges Lady Gaga & Ariana Grande To 'Go Over The Top' With Their VMAs Performance - 8/30/20

*NSYNC

HollywoodLife, 8/29/20 --

Lance Bass, 41, knows what it's like to have the amazing opportunity to be a part of the MTV Video Music Awards and face the pressure that comes with attempting to give a fantastic performance, so he's giving advice to some of the performers at this year's virtual show, including Lady Gaga and Ariana Grande. The talented singer was a part of the mega popular boy band, *NSYNC, who performed at the VMAs in past years, and he thinks the artists set to take the stage on Aug. 30 should take in every moment and give it their all.

"One, just enjoy every minute of it," Lance EXCLUSIVELY told HollywoodLife about what he'd say to Gaga and Ariana, in a recent interview. "I know it is a stressful time and you want to make the best performance but really sit back and enjoy the moment, because there are not many times that you'll be able to do that in life. So understand why you are there and with MTV, the VMAs is all about the performance, and you always have to outdo your last performance so this is the one time that you should really go over the top and do something really cool and definitely something out of the box so people will be talking about it the next day."

Lance Bass On Where He Stands With Jax Taylor, Talks Shake Up On Vanderpump Rules - 8/28/20

Lance Bass

TooFab, 8/27/20 --

Lance Bass gave an update on his relationship with Jax Taylor and what the former boy band member thinks would shake up "Vanderpump Rules."

Chatting exclusively with TooFab, the podcast host said the reality star "will always be a friend" of his, even though they went through a rough patch recently, having severed business ties after Jax was accused of making racist and biphobic remarks.

"We're fine," Bass began. "I feel bad for him because I don't know if he said something that he needs to definitely be educated about, but you know, I would never kick a friend out of my life because he said something stupid. I feel like I'm there to educate."

He explained that the pair went their separate ways on the Just Add X cocktail mixer endeavor after fans of the product "were not having it."

"Like, it was just such a horrible experience and they were spamming our website and, you know, hacking it and everything," he recalled. "So, yeah, we -- it had to, it had to end."

But Lance said they were still cool with each other, adding, "I love that guy."

Meanwhile, with the recent firing of "Vanderpump Rules" stars Stassi Schroeder, Kristen Doute, Max Boyens and Brett Caprioni, Lance once thought Jax might be next, but now he's not so sure.

"I don't know really what's going to happen because, you know, it all comes in spurts of people's request of canceling people," he told TooFab. "So, I don't know if they will let anyone else go. I think they got rid of who they felt like they needed to get rid of."

How a school teacher raised $1M for educators around the U.S. - with help from Khloe Kardashian, Lance Bass and Kamala Harris - 8/27/20

Lance Bass

Yahoo, 8/27/20 --

The start of this school year is certainly different [than] usual, due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. But one thing that likely won't change much, except for those going fully remote? The need for teachers across the nation to have to dip into their own salaries to pay for classroom supplies, as it's been estimated (pre-pandemic) that teachers spend an average of $479 per year out of pocket on their classrooms.

Fed up with seeing her fellow teachers struggle, Jones decided to get creative. The Texas teacher took to Facebook in hopes of bringing together a supportive community of teachers and it was met with overwhelming support. At that moment, the #ClearTheLists movement was started.

Now ClearTheList is much more than a social media movement, evolving into a nonprofit due to its success. "I was very relentless because it was an issue that I felt needed to be addressed," Jones says. "It was one thing to create a social media movement and for it to have that initial success, but I didn't want it to die out."

That perseverance has gained the attention of celebrities and organizations who are willing to put their money where their mouth is. That includes Lance Bass, who described the importance of ClearTheList to Yahoo Life, "The ClearTheList movement is near and dear to my heart, because my mom was a school teacher," he says. "Teacher's spend so much of their own money on school supplies because most school districts cannot afford to buy them… [I] do fundraisers every month, and every August I raise money for #ClearTheList to do my part to help get teachers supplies that they need."

Joey Fatone Says *NSYNC Would Beat Backstreet Boys In Verzuz Battle - 8/25/20

TMZ, 8/25/20 --

Joey Fatone says it's game if *NSYNC and Backstreet Boys ever square off in a battle of the boy bands ... and he thinks it wouldn't even be close!!!

We got Joey out at LAX Monday and our camera guy asked him about the possibility of *NSYNC and Backstreet battling it out on Verzuz, the Instagram Live pandemic phenomenon usually reserved for rappers. So far, it's seen showdowns between Timbaland and Swizz Beatz, Lil Jon and T-Pain, and Snoop Dogg and DMX.

Joey tells us how he really feels ... he says *NSYNC would win in a landslide no matter what!!!

A potential Verzuz showdown would be a huge hit, but Joey says there are some huge hurdles before the two bands ever go toe-to-toe.

Joey's giving *NSYNC the edge, but he tells us why Backstreet could give them a run for their money, depending on the ground rules.

Check out the clip ... and dream about what an epic showdown it would be!

Justin Timberlake Recalls Recording 'SexyBack' With Timbaland & How Working With Him Fulfilled His 'Prophecy' - 8/25/20

FutureSex/LoveSounds

Billboard, 8/24/20 --

Justin Timberlake and Timbaland have been cemented in pop music history as a certified hitmaking team, but as a 14-year-old boy, JT thought it was his "prophecy" to work with the megaproducer.

In a new interview with Apple Music's Zane Lowe, Timberlake shared his Essentials Playlist that rewinds through 20 of his biggest hits old and new, from his career-defining No. 1 hit "SexyBack" to his reflective new sound on "Mirrors" to his "Can't Stop The Feeling!" happy dance anthem from Trolls in 2016.

But when it came to "SexyBack," the 39-year-old hitmaker remembered the pushback he initially received. He told Lowe about the concerns those from the label had about the first single of his 2006 album FutureSex/LoveSounds, from "It's too fast" to "It doesn't sound like you" to "It doesn't have your signature falsetto." Yet Timberlake loved it for all those reasons, and the David Bowie inspiration behind it.

"I was listening to 'Rebel Rebel,' which essentially is about a cross-dresser. And so I was picturing guys, girls, all iterations of that in a club, singing this to each other," he said of the 1974 Bowie classic in the interview. "And I said, 'This has to be so simple and a vibe and just like an attitude.' And I was like, 'What's the most audacious thing you could possibly say?' And that was the first line of the song."

Timberlake then dove into the story of how the provocative R&B single came to be, which eventually won the Grammy award for best dance recording in 2007. "I'll never forget this moment. So [Timbaland's] like, 'All right man, I think we got to bring dance music back.' So he's [beatboxing]... He's like, 'Whatchu you gonna say?' I just go like this, [singing] 'I'm bringing sexy back!' And he goes, 'Yeah!' He just said 'Yeah!' But Timbaland doesn't do anything off-beat. You should know that."

He continued: "So then we just started trading lines back and forth and it was just, it honestly, it was like a pop-dance cipher. You know, where we were, everything was off the top of the head, and we were just going. And then we finished it, we knew it was different. We would invite people to the studio. And every time that record came on, the reaction you got from any female was, I was like, 'This is it.'"

Lance Bass Gives Update on IVF Struggle: 'We Just Lost Our Surrogate' - 8/23/20

Lance Bass and Michael Turchin

TooFab, 8/21/20 --

Lance Bass shared a heartbreaking update on his surrogacy journey with husband Michael Turchin.

In an exclusive interview with TooFab, the *NSYNC alum, 41, said the two have recently come across some challenges in their attempts to become parents, with the coronavirus pandemic adding to the difficulties.

"We're two and a half years in and we keep running into a lot of different hiccups," Lance confessed. "We have not been -- we haven't been pregnant since last year, you know, when we lost them last year. But now, we found a new donor and we love the donor, so we have our embryos ready to go right now."

The couple -- who tied the knot in 2014 -- first revealed their parenthood plans back in 2017, saying they were hoping for a set of twins at the time.

"Unfortunately, we just lost our surrogate that we've had for over two years," the entertainer sadly reported. "And so now -- now begins the process of finding a replacement surrogate which is hard during Covid because a lot of surrogates really don't want to get pregnant during a time like this."

TooFab spoke with Lance ahead of the Environmental Media Awards, which he'll host on Friday evening.

Justin Timberlake one of Music's Highest-Paid Musicians - 8/21/20

Justin Timberlake

Spin, 8/20/20 --

This year may be a disaster for the music biz, but that doesn't (obviously) mean that 2019 wasn't. Last year, a number of artists made a shit-ton of money on the strength of touring.

Billboard shared its ranking of last year's highest-paid musicians, and the Rolling Stones top the list. The band made $65 million last year, including $60.5 million in touring. Ariana Grande was in second with $44.3 million, with $33.7 million from touring. The top five is rounded out by Elton John ($43.3 million overall), the Jonas Brothers ($40.9 million) and Queen ($35.2 million).

Other names on the list include Paul McCartney, Lady Gaga, Post Malone, Kiss, Justin Timberlake, Lady Gaga, Backstreet Boys, BTS, Khalid, John Mayer, Fleetwood Mac, Cher, Metallica, Aerosmith and Billie Eilish.

'Bring It On' at 20: Blaque Reflect on Playing Clovers With Gabrielle Union - 8/20/20

*NSYNC

Observer, 8/20/20 --

It's been 20 years since Shamari DeVoe and Brandi Williams portrayed East Compton Clovers in the 2000 teen comedy Bring It On, but the R&B group, Blaque, still remember the moves from their iconic "Brr" cheer like it was yesterday. In between giggles, over a call from Atlanta, Georgia, they break out: "Brr, it's cold in here There must be some Clovers in the at-mos-phere! Oh-wee-oh-wee-oh Ice ice ice!"

In early 1999, Blaque—comprised of DeVoe, Williams and the late Natina Reed—were among the most exciting up-and-coming groups of the new millennium. Before their debut single, "808," was even released, the proteges of TLC's Lisa "Left Eye" Lopes joined *NSYNC on a major tour. Then, that May, "808" dropped and was certified platinum. Blaque's eponymous debut album followed, producing the international hit "Bring It All to Me," which featured JC Chasez. And the girls were offered a part in a movie called Cheer Fever (Bring It On's working title). No audition necessary.

"We were at the height of our career," DeVoe says. "And we were represented by Johnny Wright [manager to *NSYNC and Backstreet Boys], and Lisa Lopes, she was our mentor and had creative control. We were hot and they reached out to us."

Blaque also recorded a new song for Bring It On's soundtrack. "As If" pairs DeVoe's rich timbre and Williams' sweet inflections with a horn-driven melody and calls out an old boyfriend for trying to sweet talk his way back to a broken heart. Williams, DeVoe and Reed quickly laid the vocals, then flew to Montreal, Quebec to shoot the music video. There are two versions of the track and the movie's features *NSYNC's Joey Fatone. "*NSYNC was like our brothers," Williams adds. "It wasn't just business, we hung out with them all the time. So, Joey, he wanted to jump on the record."

The Backstreet Boys Just Launched a New Show on Apple Music, and Yes, They Want *NSYNC as Guests - 8/20/20

*NSYNC

Cosmopolitan, 8/19/20 --

If 2020 has taught us anything, it's that living through a pandemic is Tough. As. Hell. To seek refuge, people are revisiting childhood joys now more than ever. And what better way to have a nostalgia-induced fever dream than to play the music from your youth, amirite? It's not *just* you who's playing their first '90s/early 2000s playlist on repeat, bawling your eyes out while listening to the Backstreet Boys, and wishing for a better tomorrow—it's *all* of us...which is why today is a truly blessed day.

In an answer to our collective prayers, the Backstreet Boys are now giving their diehard fans the content they so desperate crave by launching their first-ever radio show. BSB's newest project is called 'All I Have to Give Radio,' appropriately named after a song from their second album, Backstreet's Back.

Ahead of the first episode's premiere, I caught up with Nick Carter himself to talk about why BSB's getting into radio, what he hopes pop music will sound like post-2020, the band's secret acoustic album, and how he feels about your other favorite boy band from the '90s, *NSYNC.

I OWE IT TO THE FANS TO ASK—WOULD YOU HAVE *NSYNC ON THE SHOW?

I was supposed to do an interview with Chris Kirkpatrick a few months ago! I'm great friends with Chris, Joey [Fatone], andLance [Bass]...all of them, honestly. We all have great relationships with those guys, and I think it would be a lot of fun to bring them on. Right now, nobody knows what's gonna happen with the show. It's like an experiment, but who knows? The show could grow and turn into something that people truly enjoy, and at that point, heck yeah, I'd bring in bring in the *NSYNC guys. For the fans' sake, yeah, that would be awesome.

Lance Bass Reveals New Surrogacy Struggles In Quarantine After Latest Miscarriage - 8/18/20

Lance Bass

HollywoodLife, 8/18/20 --

Lance Bass and husband Michael Turchin, who tied the knot in December 2014, experienced a miscarriage in March — the couple's ninth attempt at parenthood via an egg donor. Though, the *NSYNC alum, 41, isn't giving up on his dream of becoming a dad. Lance is more than ready for the adventure that still lies ahead.

"The adventure I am looking forward to in life next is being a Dad. I think that is going to completely change my life — all your priorities completely change and I think I am ready for that right now," he told HollywoodLife during an exclusive interview ahead of this Friday's virtual EMAs, in which he will serve as host.

"We have been working on it for a few years," Lance said of his journey to baby with husband Michael, admitting, "[We] haven't had the best luck." The couple first started their IVF journey in 2017.

Despite the lows, Lance and Michael are still moving forward with their surrogacy process. "Hopefully soon we will have some good news, but this quarantine has not helped at all with the process. We just have run into bad luck here and there, but we are getting closer," he revealed.

Lance went on to recall their surrogate's March miscarriage, which resulted in the loss of their baby boy at just eight weeks in the womb. "Unfortunately we just lost a surrogate and now we have to find another," he said, explaining that if the couple finds a new surrogate, "we can then get pregnant."

We're wishing Lance and Michael all the best in their journey to fatherhood. See more of Lance on Friday, August 21, when he hosts the EMA Awards (Environmental Media Association) at 5 PM PST/8 PM EST on the official EMAs YouTube and Facebook pages.

Lance Bass Gets Candid About Britney Spears' Conservatorship and Defends Her Family - 8/15/20

Lance Bass

E! Online, 8/14/20 --

Lance Bass is weighing in on the #FreeBritney movement.

After growing up in the spotlight alongside Britney Spears, the former boy bander said he's witnessed firsthand the pop star's evolution over the years. In a recent episode of his podcast, The Daily Popcast, Bass said he's conflicted about discussing the conversation surrounding her conservatorship but agrees with concerned fans that her social media activity is "out of character."

"I get a lot of questions about this, but I always stay silent because I'm like, 'I don't know.' If I had something positive or some real information to share I probably would," he remarked.

However, the *NSYNC singer did add, "Obviously she's got some problems. I don't know what she's going through, I don't know exactly what her diagnoses are but online these videos are definitely out of character for her. This is kind of a new thing. So something's going on. I think that's why a lot of the fans are like, 'She's being held hostage because she's acting so strange,' but I think it could just be her medication doing this."

"She feels very happy and wants to do these videos," Bass continued, "I don't see any danger in it. I think they're kind of fun and positive... I would be more worried if she disappeared from social media."

The 41-year-old also cited his personal relationship with members of Spears' family, including sister Jamie Lynn Spears and brother Bryan Spears.

"They would never want to hurt [their] sister and they would never go along with anyone taking advantage of her. They just wouldn't. I think they would be privy to what's going on with their parents taking care of her," Bass surmised.

Paula Pell on SNL, All That, and the Tammy scenes we never saw on Parks And Recreation - 8/13/20

*NSYNC

AV Club, 8/11/20 --

The actor: Random Roles' bread and butter may be the character actor, but there's also much to love and admire about the people who created those beloved characters. Paula Pell is one of those creators. A writer for Saturday Night Live for almost 25 years, Pell helped create the Spartan cheerleaders, Marty and Bobbi Mohan Culp, Debbie Downer, and Gilly, and brought us all down to "Omeletteville," "Veganville," and "Liquorville" with Justin Timberlake. She's also written for numerous award shows and 30 Rock, and penned the 2015 Tina Fey-Amy Poehler vehicle Sisters.

One very specific memory I have about that is when I used to write a boy group sketch called "7 Degrees Celsius" or at least I think that's what it was called. It was Jimmy Fallon, Horatio Sanz, Chris Kattan, and then we would have always have the male host play a boy group member. And then Will Farrell was their manager, and he had tinted glasses and he was only allowed to be 300 feet from them, so something bad had gone down.

Anyway, I would write all these boy group songs, and they were really cheesy, like "Girl, I really," you know. And they all had different really weird facial hair, like goatees and stuff. It used to be something I used to love to write.

So, I did one when *NSYNC was on as the musical guest and they said, "Oh, can you do something where *NSYNC is in that sketch?" And I said, "Oh my God, I'd love to do that." So I wrote a song where they were dressed as McDonald's employees and they were a boy group and they sang "Hold The Pickle." They did this really sexy dance and everything.

So we did it, and I went to the after party. I woke up the next day. We'd always sleep in, of course, 'cause we were all drunk from the after party. I woke up at about two in the afternoon and TRL was on with Carson Daly. It was down in Times Square, and *NSYNC was being interviewed. And there were about a hundred girls with a banner that said, "Hold The Pickle," and I could not compute it. I'd barely changed my clothes from the night before and I turn on the TV and I'm looking at a line that I wrote four days before, for a sketch, painted on a fricking banner all the way down in Times Square with all these girls screaming for *NSYNC. That was the first time I felt the power of doing the types of characters that people would remember.

Trolls enjoys its third successive week at the top of the UK film chart - 8/6/20

Trolls World Tour

leicestermercury.co.uk, 8/6/20 --

After shooting to the top of the charts in its debut week, Trolls World Tour continues to sit at the top of the UK film chart going into its third week.

The Dreamworks Animation, featuring voices from the likes of Justin Timberlake and Anna Kendrick, was originally due to be released here in the UK at the end of March.

For obvious reasons, that date was initially pushed back until it was uniquely released straight for digital home viewing on April 10. It's time at the top of the UK film chart has directly coincided with being made available on disc late last month.

Joey Fatone Reveals What He Learned From His Divorce: 'Give the Other Person a Break' - 8/6/20

Us Weekly, 8/5/20 --

Living and learning. Joey Fatone achieved new clarity after his divorce from ex-wife Kelly Baldwin.

"Something that I have learned over the years later on, especially being in a divorced family, and even if you're not divorced and you're still obviously with your spouse and everything is going great, give the time for your spouse — whether it be the male or female or whatever under your roof is — give that time to say, 'Hey, you know what? I'm gonna take the kids or the kid or whatever for the weekend,' or 'You know what? You go somewhere,'" the former *NSYNC member, 43, explained during an episode of the "How Men Think" podcast earlier this month. "Give each spouse a chance to kind of recharge their batteries. Because nobody's perfect. We get angry, we do this, we do that."

Fatone admitted that he did not understand Baldwin's side of things in the early days of coparenting. "We all need downtime to ourselves, whether that be either watching TiVo all day, going to play golf, going to a hotel and reading a book," he noted. "Whatever in that sense may be your Zen, I think it does give the other person a break, and I never noticed that when I was younger because I was always traveling with 'NSync. My ex was always with the kids, and it was always, 'Well, the kids did this and this and that,' and [I was] always like, 'Yeah, yeah, but you can deal with it.' It's not that easy."

After his split, the Common Knowledge host realized how demanding juggling his personal and professional lives could be. "Especially when I got divorced, I became Mom and Dad when I got home, so when I'm home by myself, legit, pardon my French, but I'm like, 'Oh s—t. I gotta cook, I've gotta get them ready for school, I have to make sure the house is livable,'" he shared.

Timbaland Teases Justin Timberlake's "FutureSex/LoveSounds 2" - 8/5/20

HotNewHipHop, 8/4/20 --

Timbaland's production work is hailed as some of the greatest in hip-hop history, but it was his pivot into the realm of pop music that truly cemented his universality. In the mid-millennium, Timbo found himself connecting with Justin Timberlake, who was already doing work to rebrand himself following his run with boy band *NSYNC. Together they joined forces to create FutureSex/LoveSound, an album hailed by many as a masterpiece -- and considering it spawned singles like "Sexy Back," "My Love," and "I Think That She Knows," that might not be hyperbole.

Now, with Timbaland enjoying the success of his and Swizz Beatz new brainchild Verzuz, the legendary producer took to Instagram to stoke the flames of hype on another level. Sharing what might have otherwise been a jaunt down memory lane, Timbo turned it up with an allusion to a promising future development. "FUTURE SEXY LOVESOUNDS pt [two]," he pens, alongside a few zipped-lip emojis for good measure.

Naturally, the caption had many contemplating whether Tim and Justin would actually go through with it. Swizz Beatz actually joined the fray to suggest a battle between Usher and JT, a match that fans have also been clamoring to see on Verzuz. Provided Timbo actually has a few FutureSex/Love Sounds PT 2 songs in the cut, maybe a high profile battle is exactly the place to premiere them. What do you think -- is this an album you want to see?

Justin Rose To Showcase 'Swagger' And A Little Justin Timberlake At PGA Championship - 8/4/20

Justin Timberlake

Forbes, 8/4/20 --

Ever since Justin Rose won the Fed Ex Cup and its $10 million prize two years ago, golf lovers have seen a lot more of the 2013 U.S. Open winner during TV commercial breaks.

We spoke more about golf majors, his gold medal Olympic performance at Rio 2016, and other topics last Wednesday.

Andy Frye: We see guys like Tiger and Brooks Koepka wearing their own brands, and players like Rickie Fowler who bring swagger to golf. But you've got your own 'swagger' too.

Rose: Swagger is an interesting word. I'd say one of my coolest friends is Justin Timberlake, and he texted me once after I played well and he said, "Swagger on 100!" And I said, OK, cool—whatever that means, I'm in. But for me I guess it means being confident in your own skin.

AF: Speaking of Justin Timberlake, do you get to play golf with him? What's he like on the course?

Rose: I've really got to know him as a person while on the course. He's an avid golfer and loves to play. That's another thing about golf, is the friendships I've built and how the game has given me the occasion to meet people I otherwise wouldn't have met. I think, for other athletes and musicians like Justin, golf is a wonderful outlet.

I've always see Justin being relaxed on the golf course, and that's when you get to know the real person. I've enjoyed getting to know the real guy behind the swagger and the album covers. But yeah, he's a perfectionist in everything he does—in the way he dresses, and on the golf course as well. He's basically what I call "buttoned-up perfection." His style might be loud, but it's always classy.

GSN's 'Common Knowledge' Game Show Gets Summer Run On Fox Stations - 7/28/20

Deadline, 7/27/20 --

Game Show Network's popular trivia-based game show Common Knowledge has been picked up by Fox Television Stations for a four-week test run next month. Beginning on August 3, Common Knowledge, distributed by Sony Pictures TV, will air on Fox stations in eight markets including New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Phoenix, Tampa, Minneapolis, Orlando and Austin.

"This is the first time we have done a summer test, and we look forward seeing Joey Fatone host Common Knowledge on the Fox Television stations this August," said John Weiser, president, First Run Television, SPT.

Common Knowledge, which premiered on Game Show Network on January 14, 2019, is a game show that asks those practical, everyday questions that, in theory, everyone should know. Hosted by Fatone, Common Knowledge features two teams of three players consisting of friends, family and/or colleagues who compete to answer multiple-choice questions in three rounds of play. The winning team goes on to the bonus round to play for a $10,000 prize.

"Common Knowledge is a consistent performer for us and a fan favorite so we are excited to work with SPT for this summer test on Fox Television stations," Fran Shea, executive vice president of programming and marketing, Game Show Network added. "We are dedicated to creating family-friendly, fun programming that you can turn on, play-along and watch no matter who is in the room."

Common Knowledge is produced by Game Show Enterprises, LLC for Game Show Network with Tim Puntillo serving as executive producer.
